CERTIFICATION
CTS, dans le but d'améliorer la qualité de ses produits, a ressenti le besoin d'introduire dans l'entreprise un Système Qualité conforme à la norme UNI EN ISO 9001-2008. L'objectif a été parfaitement atteint au mois d'octobre 1999 lorsque CTS a obtenu la certification n° 1399 de la part de l'institut ICIM - Institut de Certification Industrielle pour le Mécanique.
WARRANTY
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, but in any case, our liability is limited to the free replacement of parts manufactured or marketed by us, unless they have been altered, tampered with or they have been misused. We still do not accept any responsibility for any consequences and / or damage arising from goods delivered, including: cost of labor for disassembly and / or fixtures, selection costs, costs for the purchase of additional parts and costs for firm production. For materials not produced by us, warranty is made with all the limitations that should be imposed by our suppliers
