CERTIFICATION
To improve the quality and the reliability of its products, CTS has felt the necessity of introducing a System Quality according to the UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 standard. The purpose was fully achieved in October 1999, we the company was awarded wit the certification n°1399 by ICIM (Industrial Certification Institute for Mechanics).
WARRANTY
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, but in any case, our liability is limited to the free replacement of parts manufactured or marketed by us, unless they have been altered, tampered with or they have been misused. We still do not accept any responsibility for any consequences and / or damage arising from goods delivered, including: cost of labor for disassembly and / or fixtures, selection costs, costs for the purchase of additional parts and costs for firm production. The warranty period is 12 months from the sale of the product. For materials not produced by us, warranty is made with all the limitations that should be imposed by our suppliers
